SUE’S HOME MADE BAILEYS IRISH CREAM (WHISKEY)

3 eggs
200mls pure cream
1 can condensed milk
1/3 t coconut essence
300mls of whiskey
1 tbs chocolate topping

Beat eggs well then beat in other ingredients until smooth, (use a blender)
Put in fridge for 2 days in a dark bottle approx. 700mls size so flavours blend
Serve with ice
