Easy Chocolate cake

125g butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup SR flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
250ml cream

Melt butter, Mix in other ingredients in a mixing bowl
Add melted butter
Beat for 3mins
Pour into a greased cake tin
Bake in a preheated oven 190C for 30 – 35mins
Cake is cooked when skewer comes out clean
Cool in tin for 15mins then turn onto cooking rack
when cold slice cake across ways through the middle
take one 250ml bottle of cream pour into a bowl and mix on high until cream is stiff
with a spatula cover bottom layer quite thick with cream
Gently place top layer of cake on top of cream
Ice cake with chocolate icing
When icing is set cut, serve and enjoy
